VENUE INFORMATION
Check-in/out Times:
Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is at 12:00 pm. The hotel has waived its "early check-in" fee for RiskProNet.
Reservation Deadline
Reservations must be confirmed no later than April 17, 2024, to guarantee the available group rate.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Hotel Accommodations: As part of the registration process, we request your arrival and departure dates. RiskProNet will book your hotel room.
Payment: RiskProNet will cover your room and tax charges for Wednesday, May 8th, and Thursday, May 9th, for one person per agency. Additional agency attendees will be billed back for their room and tax. Any additional guest room nights will be subject to the hotel's availability.
Cancellation Policy
Individual guest room reservation is 48 hours prior to arrival
All guest rooms are spacious two-room suites and offer complimentary wi-fi, complimentary evening reception, and complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
The conference opens on Wednesday, May 8th, with an optional early arrivals group dinner from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm in the hotel's restaurant.
The business meeting will take place in Salon C Ballroom (1st floor) on Thursday, May 9th , from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday, May 10th , from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. Breakfast will be in the Atrium.
Please plan your travel accordingly.
