Check-in/out Times:
Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am.
Reservation Deadline
Reservations must be confirmed no later than September 22, 2023, to guarantee the available group rate.
ACCOMMODATIONS
We will ask you to input your arrival and departure dates during registration. RiskProNet will book accommodations and cover your room and tax charges for Sunday and Monday nights.
Any additional nights requested will be billed to your credit card during check-out at $379 plus a $20 resort fee and applicable taxes per night.
Rooms are between 375 sq. ft. and 445 sq. ft. with either a king or two (2) queen beds.
Enjoy 312 sq. ft. of living plus complimentary airport shuttle service.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
The conference opens on Sunday, October 15 with an optional early arrivals group dinner from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
The business meeting will take place in the Pacific Ballroom D (2nd Floor) on Monday, October 16 from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Tuesday, October 17 from 8:30 am - 11:30 am.
